Mit fast 20 Jahren Erfahrung in IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Mittelstand habe ich immer wieder dasselbe Muster gesehen: zu viel Technik im Vordergrund, zu wenig Blick auf Prozesse, Menschen und tatsächlichen Nutzen. With almost 20 years of experience in IT and digitalisation projects for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), I kept seeing the same pattern: too much focus on technology, too little attention to processes, people and actual benefit.
Mit KI Biene verbinde ich meine Projekterfahrung mit einem Netzwerk aus Partnern und mache Digitalisierung und KI konkret nutzbar für mittelständische Unternehmen. With KI Biene I combine my project experience with a network of partners and make digitalisation and AI concretely usable for mid-sized companies.

Die Biene ist ein sehr nützliches Tier. Sie arbeitet im Schwarm, ist hochsozial und spielt eine zentrale Rolle im Ökosystem. Ohne Bienen würde vieles, was wir als selbstverständlich ansehen, nicht funktionieren. Für KI Biene ist das mehr als ein Bild: The bee is a remarkably useful animal. It works as a swarm, is highly social and plays a central role in the ecosystem. Without bees, much of what we take for granted would not work. For KI Biene, this is more than an image:

Bienen sammeln nicht für sich allein, sondern tragen zum Ganzen bei. So verstehe ich auch meine Projekte: als Beitrag zur Stabilität und Entwicklung deines Unternehmens. Bees don't collect just for themselves; they contribute to the whole. That's how I see my projects, too: as a contribution to the stability and development of your company.

Eine einzelne Biene erreicht wenig, im Verbund entsteht enorme Wirkung. Entsprechend baue ich auf ein Netzwerk aus Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten, die gemeinsam mehr bewegen. Seit 2005 begleite ich durchgehend Kundenprojekte: von kleineren Unternehmen mit wenigen Mitarbeitern bis hin zu internationalen Organisationen mit mehreren zehntausend Beschäftigten. - Brücke zwischen Fachbereich und IT: Ich spreche die Sprache beider Seiten und übersetze zwischen Geschäftszielen und technischer Umsetzung. A bridge between business and IT: I speak the language of both sides and translate between business goals and technical implementation.
- Verlässlichkeit im Mittelstand: Projekte müssen laufen, mit klaren Zuständigkeiten und nachvollziehbaren Entscheidungen. Reliability for SMEs: projects have to run, with clear responsibilities and comprehensible decisions.
Aus dieser Erfahrung ist KI Biene entstanden: als Beratungsmarke, mit der ich Unternehmen auf dem Weg zur KI-unterstützten Organisation begleite. KI Biene grew out of this experience: a consulting brand through which I support companies on their way to becoming an AI-supported organisation.
